THIS IS HOW YOU BUY OUR PRODUCTS
- When you choose your products they appear in the shoppingcart. At all times you can easily follow what's happening in your shoppingcart at the upper right corner. When you are satisfied with your purchase just click the view cart/checkout.
- You will be asked to fill out a form. The information is confidential and will be used by VILLAGE CLOTHING only for shipping purposes and are completely free of charge.
- To finalize you purchase you must read and agree with our terms and conditions, then all you have to do is click the Process My Order button and a copy of your purchase will be sent to your e-mail.
- If you have ordered products from both Village Clothing and Meatslap Skateboards within 2-3 days you will ofcourse only pay one shippingcost since all products will be delivered to the same address. We will automatically be informed if this happens but you can always drop us a line at info@villageclothing.com to make sure you get the two brands shipped to you for one shippingcost.
DELIVERY
- When you have placed your order you will receive the products within 3-5 working days. You will get a pay-vocheur in your mail and in exchange for money (cash on deliery) you will get your package at the nearest postoffice.
- For orders less than 1200 SEK you will be charged a shipping fee of 50 SEK within Sweden (100 SEK to all the Nordic countries). For orders above 1200 SEK shipping is free.
- If you choose not to pay for your package you will be debited a return fee of 200 SEK.
PAYMENT
- All packages will be cash on delivery.
CHANGING/RETURNING A PRODUCT
- If you are not satisfied with an item you have the right to send it back within 14 days. You can either get your money back or change to another product. You have to pay for the return shipping yourself. If you would like to change the product VILLAGE CLOTHING will pay the shipping.
- Remember that all returned products must be in the same condition as they where recived, if not they will not be accepted by VILLAGE CLOTHING as a returned item.
- In case of us returning money you have to state name, bank account and name of your bank.
